Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse responds to allegations he is accused of by a whistle-blower.

Whistle-blower organization, named Crypto Leaks, has recently raised allegations against Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse and attorney Kyle Roche. The organisation claimed that Garlinghouse was an angel investor in a law firm ‘Roche Freedman’.

The purpose behind Garlinghouse’s Investment in the organization was to use the platform to their advantage. Actually, as per the crypto leaks , attorney Kyle Roche once put forward an idea of using the law firm to their advantage, by filing certain sort of legal cases against the rival market players  Crypto Leaks alleged that Garlinghouse subscribed to Roche’s idea and ‘Roche Freedman’ was formed.

Crypto Leaks further tried to connect the dots by stating that before tbe Foundation of ‘Roche Freedman’, Roche was a ‘lowly associate’ at another law firm named ‘Boies Schiller Flexner’. ‘Boies Schiller Flexner’ is the law firm who was, at the time, supporting Ripple in its lawsuit against the SEC.

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse has responded to the allegations. The executive stated:

“Can’t comment on the validity of the slew of allegations in here, but I can unequivocally say that I have never met or spoken to (much less invested in) Kyle Roche.

Attorney Jeremy Hogan, a Ripple supporter, also criticized ‘Crypto Leaks’ for seemingly absurd allegations as he noted it would be very unethical of Roche to accept investment in ‘Roche Freedman’, a law firm, from a non-lawyer. Hogan added, Roche would only have done such a thing if he was not concerned about his licences.

Ava Labs is another organization that was accused by the ‘Crypto Leaks’. The CEO of Ava Labs, Emin Gun Sirer, also responded to allegations. Sirer stated that how is it possible for someone to believe in such conspiracy theory nonsense? Sirer boasted that their tech & team speaks for itself and they would never get involved in such unethical practice. Sirer alleged that videos and articles of ‘Crypto Leaks’ published on the Web are self serving and inflammatory.
